NEO-FANTASIUM

Neo-Fantasium. A gleaming, pure-white city beyond all comprehension, with geometry that looks like it shouldn't stand up straight- and yet it does. It seems to have no inhabitants, aside from its self-descriped Keeper, Shard, yet there always seems to be the noise of others from somewhere. Nobody knows where.
Neo-Fantasium's Fantasms are... odd. They are not primarily different to other Fantasms, minus the objects that are part of their bodies, which all seem to give them quite eccentric personalities.
